Informing the Community with the Montreal Info Bulletin

Greetings

Are you planning an event or have news that you want to communicate to the Montreal community of people interested in Knowledge? Then this letter will help to clarify the process for publishing information to the Montreal community via Montreal Info.

Currently we are not planning to publish a monthly newsletter at the beginning of each month as we have done in the past. Rather we are sending out announcements to inform people about upcoming events on a per event announcement. Thus for now we have eliminated the editorial section that appeared at the beginning of each newsletter. We might combine events in an announcement if the timing of the event allows us to do so.

The Montreal Info Team is now comprised of the following people in these roles. Steve Goldberg is publisher and is responsible for the overall functioning of the newsletter publication. Alain Lachance is editor and is responsible for the quality of the content; Nanda Somaligam is responsible for the montage and broadcasting of the newsletter; Nicole Garneau and Sarah Daigneault both assist in the translation.

It is the responsibility of each event manager to write the announcement message for their event and send it to by email — . Steve will coordinate the inner workings of the team and ascertain that the article is published. Test emails will be sent to the team and to you the originator of the content for verification. Once the final email is approved, the message will be sent to the subscribers.

Please take note again that it is up to you to promote your event and to give the Montreal Info Team enough time in advance of when you want the email sent out to the community. Generally this should be a week in advance of the time you want the approved email sent out when it does not require translation and ten days if it does require translation. Exceptions can be made for rush announcements if required.

At events and activities worldwide, a Smart Card identifies you as someone who has learned Maharaji's techniques for finding peace within.

The Smart Card is free and facilitates access to Events with Maharaji around the globe; it could be necessary to access LifeStreams reserved for people who have learned Maharaji's techniques of Knowledge. It is also needed to attend a Knowledge Review.

If you would like to get a Smart Card, you can sign up at the Smart Card Office. Or, if you prefer having your picture taken and fill the form locally, please send an email to including your name, best phone number to reach you and a brief message. We will answer you promptly.

You can also phone 514-381-6052, and select option 3 twice to give your name, phone number and a brief message. It would be nice of you to inform people that do not have access to email of this possibility to get a Smart Card.

To know more about the Smart Card, read the article: Be Smart, Get The Smart Card on our website.

Your contribution would be appreciated and will be sent to the American Smart Card Office.
